Event Description: Therapeutic Movement Session: focusing on grief during the holidays at McDowell Healing Arts Center in collaboration with Katherine Gracer. December 13th, 2022, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. No dance experience needed; therapeutic movements can reshape the narrative of past traumatic experiences. Learn strategies to help cope with grief through the holidays utilizing movement, breathing techniques and more.
