Event Description: Skilled Nursing Care centers across the country are hosting events in honor of National Skilled Nursing Care Week, which runs from May 14th - May 20th. The Saginaw community can participate in this year's observance by attending or volunteering for the Plant Give & Grab Event at Hoyt Nursing and Rehab Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring healthy overgrown plants/flowers in for the swap of a new plant or flower to take home. No plant to share? You too can stop in and grab a new seedling to take home! Vendors will also be available for priced to sell items. This year's theme, "Cultivating Kindness" celebrates skilled nursing centers, their residents, and staff.
