Event Description: The Saginaw Family YMCA in partnership with Renue Physical Therapy is proud to bring you a Senior Health Lunch & Learn! Those aged 60+ are welcome to join us for a free lunch and educational health seminar to help you to stay active, healthy and feeling your best. Dr. Stephen Zingg is passionate about helping people age well while staying active and maintaining their independence. More than two million Americans experience some type of rotator cuff problem every year. A weakened rotator cuff is a common culprit of shoulder pain, and weakness in this area can contribute to pain, dysfunction and can even lead to tears. Join us to hear Stephen Zingg, PT, DPT share some tips and exercises that can help you safely strengthen your rotator cuff.
