Pit & Balcony’s 91st season closes out June 22-24th with the After Dark production of Sunday on the Rocks by Theresa Rebeck.
In this black-box style production, the audience will be seated right on stage with the actors. This story follows four housemates, as they navigate through trying times and tough decisions over a nice glass of scotch on a mid-October morning. From pangs of a pregnant conscience to the feelings of helplessness in the surrounding chaos of everyday life, the audience will find the themes of this 30-year-old script to prove relevant.
The cast features four local talents. Annie Gower and Managing Director, Amy Spadafore, are returning to the Pit & Balcony Stage, and Zoey Schwab and the director of the production, Katie Short, are making their Pit & Balcony stage debuts.
Performances of Sunday on the Rocks run June 22-24. All performances will begin at 8:30pm. This production includes potentially offensive language, violence, and adult situations.
