The Saginaw County Parks and Recreation Commission is hosting a ribbon cutting celebration at the Haithco Recreation Area Splash Pad, 2121 Schust Road, on Thursday, July 6, 2023. The event runs from 10:30 a.m. - 1: 30 p.m. with a short program and Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at 10:45 a.m.
There will be free refreshments from Kona Ice and The Popcorn Wagon during the event.
