Event Description: Free Trauma Informed Beginner Yoga Class at McDowell Healing Arts Center in collaboration with Liz Boyce. The class will be held on Saturday, August 12th, 2023 from 11am - 12pm. Adults & children 13 plus are welcome. Must register by 8/11/2023. Limited space is available. Please see our website or give us a call for more information. Enjoy a fun yoga class that will help build familiarity with the fundamentals of poses, breathing, meditation and yogic philosophy. This is a gentle class that moves at a comfortable pace. All skill levels are welcome.
