Event Description: Join us Tuesday, March 11th from 6-8 PM at Three Rivers Corporation in Midland, MI! The Lead with STEM & Connection: Father & Daughter Program allows girls and their adult female mentors to enjoy a fun night of learning, talking, and doing—in a way that builds stronger bonds, improves communication, and strengthens relationships. Girls will grow in confidence while engaging in a STEM-based activity with support from the important women in their lives. Attendees will walk away: -Having experienced a supportive environment for experimentation and a toolkit of mental health resources to bounce back from setbacks and try again. -With nurtured confidence, encouraging curiosity and resilience in conquering challenges, which research shows significantly impacts STEM career decisions. -Feeling empowered to initiate goals, overcome challenges, and make independent decisions through confidence-building activities. Tickets are available through February for $25 for adults and $15 for each child.
