Saginaw Community Foundation will host its Annual Celebration at the site of the 2015 Community Improvement Initiative Grant Recipient, New Beginnings Enrichment Center. At this year's event, SCF will present community awards to individuals and present the 2016 Community Improvement Initiative Grant – a $25,000 award. The event is free and open to the public.
