Event Description: FREE to the public! 16th Annual Saginaw County Medical Society Health Fair "The Doctor Is In!" to be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Horizons Conference Center. Free health screenings, information on various health conditions/providers, MEDICATION TAKE-BACK (bring your old/unused medications for safe disposal), physicians to answer your questions and more.
