Event Description: When Spring arrives this year, we will be ready to celebrate! Gather your friends and family on Saturday, April 4th starting at 11 a.m. for Zehnder’s annual Spring Tea and enjoy a wonderful menu. Everyone will go home with a special Teacup and Saucer. Menu Includes: • Lemon Berry Scone, Blueberry Lavender Muffin and Whole Grain Croissant • Fresh English Baby Pea and Roasted Fennel Soup • Spring Strawberry Salad • Ancient Grain Roll with Whipped Vanilla Honey Butter • Apricot and Dijon Glazed Pork Tenderloin • Purple Asparagus and Leek Gnocchi with Ricotta Salata and Blonde Morel Creme • Roasted Broccolini with Fresh Lemon and Parmesan • Strawberry Meyer Lemon Basil Torte • Tea Service Cost is $55 per person.
