Braun Kendrick Welcomes Two New Associate Attorneys |

Saginaw Township-based law firm Braun Kendrick is proud to announce the addition of Nancy Samir-Haddad Derleth and Andrew J. Hereza as Associate Attorneys. Derleth, a Saginaw native, joins the firm's business and litigation practice groups. She received her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating magna cum Laude, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Saginaw Valley State University. Nancy made the Dean's List throughout law school, received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for achieving the highest grade in several law school courses and was a competitor in a national moot court competition. Nancy also served as a student clinician in the MSU Immigration Law Clinic and externed with Michigan State University's Office of the General Counsel. Hereza, also a Saginaw native, similarly joins the firm's business and litigation practice groups. Hereza received his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University, where he double majored in Political Science and Public & Nonprofit Administration. While in law school, Andrew received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for achieving the highest grade in his Research, Writing & Analysis class, earned an award for being the top oral advocate in his Advocacy class, served as Associate Editor on the Michigan State Law Review, and earned a Certificate in Trial Practice from MSU Law's Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute. Prior to law school, Hereza worked in the Michigan State Senate in various roles.
