United Bay Community Credit Union (Ubay) is adding a new Business Account Specialist to their Business Services Department. Jennifer Shelby, based out of Ubay’s Coleman branch, will be serving the financial needs of businesses operating in the central Michigan region.

“I want to help all our members create deep, strong financial roots,” said Shelby of her involvement at Ubay. “Helping people be successful in whatever they do is what really makes me happy. I can quickly measure my own success in how successful our members are. That is one of several reasons I chose to join the Ubay team about a year ago.”

Shelby, previously a Member Service Representative, is highly anticipating her new role assisting small businesses in the areas Ubay serves. When asked about the promotion, she stated, “I am so excited to become part of the Ubay Business Account team. Ubay’s communities have so many small businesses that I truly feel I could help to become financially successful. I can’t wait to get out there and show them what our business department can do to help them improve their businesses financially.”
